Refund Procedure:
Advance payments for wholesale orders are not fully refundable. However, if we are unable to deliver the products within the stipulated time or fail to deliver due to any issue on our end, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was originally used (SSL/MFS/Bank Transfer).
Refund Deadline:
Mobile Financial Service (MFS – bKash, Nagad, Rocket): 7 to 10 working days
Bank Transfer: 7 to 10 working days
SSL Payment Gateway: 7 to 10 working days
► The refund period only applies to working days and excludes weekends or public holidays.
► If a wholesale client purchased products directly from our warehouse or showroom and becomes eligible for a refund, the products must be returned to our care center after contacting our support team. Once the products are received and verified, the refund process will begin.
► Refund period for online pickup or bulk order cancellations will start from the order cancellation date.
► For courier-shipped wholesale orders, the refund process begins once we receive and inspect the returned items and deem them eligible for a refund.
Policy Changes:
X Axis Digital Wholesale reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

এক্স অ্যাক্সিস ডিজিটাল হোলসেল রিফান্ড নীতি
রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি:
১। হোলসেল অর্ডারের জন্য অগ্রিম অর্থ সম্পূর্ণ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। তবে, যদি আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহে ব্যর্থ হই অথবা আমাদের দোষে পণ্য সরবরাহ সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে রিফান্ড ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
২। যে মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করা হয়েছে (SSL / MFS / ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার), সেই একই মাধ্যমে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা:
মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট): ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস
ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার: ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস
এসএসএল গেটওয়ে: ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস
► রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা শুধুমাত্র কর্মদিবসের জন্য প্রযোজ্য; সাপ্তাহিক বা সরকারি ছুটি অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
► গ্রাহক যদি আমাদের ওয়্যারহাউস বা শোরুম থেকে সরাসরি পণ্য কিনে থাকেন এবং রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হয়, তাহলে প্রথমে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে। পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর যাচাই করে রিফান্ড যোগ্য বিবেচিত হলে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
► অনলাইন পিকআপ বা বাল্ক অর্ডার বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে অর্ডার বাতিলের তারিখ থেকে।
► কুরিয়ার-শিপড হোলসেল অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যটি ফেরত পাঠানো এবং যাচাইয়ের পর রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে, যদি তা রিফান্ডের জন্য উপযুক্ত হয়।
নীতি পরিবর্তনের অধিকার:
এক্স অ্যাক্সিস ডিজিটাল হোলসেল পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় এই রিফান্ড নীতি পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
