Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for most products purchased through our wholesale portal and warehouse, subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

Return process must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt of the product.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Some products, such as protectors, campaign items, or discounted products, may not be eligible for return.

Products that cannot be resolved or serviced under our warranty policy will only be eligible for return.

Wholesale customers must provide a complete (start to finish and uninterrupted) unboxing video of the product to return an online order.

Returns from outside Dhaka City should be done via Sundarban Courier.

Returns from within Dhaka City should be sent to any nearest X Axis Digital Care outlet.

ঢাকার বাইরে থেকে রিটার্ন করতে হলে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

ঢাকার মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হলে, পণ্য নিকটস্থ এক্স অ্যাক্সিস ডিজিটাল কেয়ার আউটলেটে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
নীতিমালা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ:
আমরা পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় এই রিটার্ন নীতি পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখি। নীতিমালায় কোনো পরিবর্তন ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের সাথে সাথেই কার্যকর হবে।
